Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with SQL Quest. If you're not, here's how refunds work for each plan type.

Monthly Plan ($19/month)

Full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, you can cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of the billing period — no partial refunds.

Annual Plan ($99/year)

Full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, you can cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of the annual billing period — no partial refunds.

Lifetime Plan ($199 one-time)

Full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed fewer than 10 challenges. After 14 days or 10+ challenges completed, the sale is final.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@sqlquest.app with:

We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your Monthly or Annual subscription at any time. Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not prorate unused time.

To cancel, email support@sqlquest.app or manage your subscription through the Stripe customer portal.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, such as repeated subscribe-and-refund patterns, or if the account has been terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
