Month-over-Month Revenue Growth
Calculate month-over-month revenue growth. For each month (as order_month), show monthly_revenue (sum of totals), prev_month_revenue (LAG), and growth_pct (percentage change from previous month, rounded to 1 decimal). Sort by order_month. MoM growth is asked at literally every FAANG company.
