Director Rating Volatility
Which directors have the widest range of movie quality? For each director with at least 3 movies, show director, movie_count, min_rating, max_rating, and rating_range (max minus min, rounded to 1 decimal). Exclude movies whose rating or director is NULL. Sort by rating_range descending, then director ascending.
